Derick Marambe
Founder & Guiding Mentor
Derick Marambe served as a Senior Accountant at the Education Department in Kandy, dedicating his professional life to public service with integrity, discipline, and excellence. In the 1950s, he successfully passed the Sri Lankan Public Service competitive examination â at the time among the highest and most prestigious pathways to enter government service.
He further distinguished himself by passing the Ceylon Civil Service (CCS) examination â the elite administrative service of the country during that era. Only a very small number of candidates were selected each year, and the examination rigorously tested English proficiency, law, public administration, economics, and governance. As the guiding mentor of this organization, his legacy of ethical leadership, resilience, and humility forms the foundation of our commitment to integrity and people-first service.
Shamlee Marambe

Shamlee Marambe Bandara is a USA Licensed Immigration Consultant with over 8 years of experience in U.S. visa consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the United Kingdom, and completed part of her undergraduate studies in Texas, USA.
Shamlee lived in the United States for six years, where she worked at an immigration law firm in Houston, gaining extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration processes. She currently serves as a U.S. Immigration Paralegal, providing her with strong practical insight into immigration procedures from both legal and advisory perspectives.
Her expertise covers F-1 (Student Visas), J-1 (Exchange Visitor Visas), B-1/B-2 (Business & Tourist Visas), K-1 (Fiancé Visas), dependent visas, and green card petition processes at the paralegal level.
Shamlee is particularly recognized for her ability to successfully handle previously rejected visa cases, helping clients turn challenging situations into successful outcomes through careful case preparation, strategic guidance, and personalized support.
Indu Marambe
Advisor
Indu Marambe has built a distinguished career in public service, having served in the Foreign Ministry, including within the Human Rights Division. She also served as Media Coordinator to a Cabinet Minister, managing press relations and strategic media engagement.
Currently based in Italy, she works as a SinhalaâItalian immigration translator, supporting individuals navigating cross-border legal and administrative processes. Her extensive experience brings valuable international perspective to the organization.
